| Please read all I have written in these next paragraphs before asking questions, making comments, or typing suggestions. Thank You! ^_^ Also, I have now had to split the chars. into 2 posts because this post was too big. Scroll down a little and you will see the other characters.
First of all, I would like to say thank you fleshy for the great idea. This is organized in Alphabetical order. Hokages written as first, second and third....easier to alphabetize. Every char. has updated moves, cooldown, and chakra needed for the move.
Dates for updates will be done in Central Standard Time which is +5 GMT. So, when most of you are sleeping I will be updating lol.

Today's Updates 7/23/08: Yeah, I know, it's been awhile. New chars added: Tenten-S, Chiyo, Itachi Body Double, Sakura-S Updates to chars.: Temari, Deidara, Zaku, First Hokage, Kisame, Zabuza, Dosu
Anko Hidden Shadow Snake Hand: Anko calls forth snakes from under her jacket which slam into one enemy doing 20 damage to them. That enemy will take 10 more damage from afflictions performed by Anko's team for 3 turns. (1 nin, 1 ran); cooldown: 0 Twin Snakes Mutual Death: This technique lethally poisons Anko and one enemy. That enemy takes 15 affliction damage and Anko takes 5 affliction damage. Also that enemy permanently takes 10 more damage and does 5 less damage (except affliction) permanently each time this skill is used on them. (1 nin); cooldown: 0 Dual Pin: One enemy cannot reduce damage or become invulnerable and will take 5 damage every turn. Twin Snakes Mutual Death may be used on them. Using Hidden Shadow Snake Hand or Anko's death will end this skill. This skill may not be used while already being used on an enemy. (1 ran); cooldown: 0
Asuma Flying Swallow: Using blades with wind chakra to fight, Asuma does 10 damage to all enemies and Asuma and all allies gain 15 points of damage reduction for 3 turns. Finishing Blow may be used on an affected enemy the following 3 turns. (1 tai, 1 nin); cooldown: 2 Self Sacrifice: Sarutobi Asuma protects one ally from harm. Enemies cannot use a melee skill on Asuma and that ally this turn. (1 tai); cooldown: 1 Finishing Blow: The final move of his Flying Swallow technique, Asuma does 45 damage to one enemy and removes 2 chakra from their pool. (1 tai, 1 ran); cooldown: 0
Chiyo White Secret Attack Taijutsu Rampage: Chiyo (S) directs some of her puppets to wreak havoc upon the battlefield doing 20 damage to one random enemy for 2 turns. (1 ran); cooldown: 1 Sanbou Kyuukai: This skill does 20 piercing damage to one enemy and that enemy is stunned for 1 turn. This skill ignores invulnerability. (2 ran); cooldown: 2 Ally Puppetry: Chiyo (S) controls one ally like a puppet. That ally gains 25% damage reduction and their melee damage is increased 25% for 2 turns. (1 ran); cooldown: 1
CS Sasuke Corrupt Chidori: Using a cursed seal chakra corrupted Chidori Sasuke does 60 piercing damage to one enemy. (2 nin); cooldown: 1 Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu: Sasuke launches a giant fireball doing 25 damage to one enemy. If that enemy uses a skill for 1 turn they will take 10 affliction damage. (1 nin/1 ran); cooldown: 0 Cursed Seal Activation: Sasuke activates his cursed seal and he gains one ninjutsu chakra but takes 15 affliction damage. Enemies may not use any melee skills on him for 1 turn. Skills that ignore invulnerability may still be used on him. (1 blood); cooldown: 1
Deidara-S Clay Mold: First use changes Small Explosives into Medium. Second use changes Medium Explosives into Large. Third use changes Large Explosives into Small. This skill is Invisible to enemies. (1 ran); cooldown: 0 Explosives - Small, Medium, Large: Small: Does 20 piercing damage to one enemy and ignores invulnerability. Medium: Does 35 damage to one enemy. Large: Does 30 damage to all enemies. (1 nin); cooldown: 0 Art is a Bang: Deidara uses one of his clay clones to make a huge explosion doing 45 damage to all enemies and Deidara is stunned for one turn. (1 blood/1 nin/1 ran); cooldown: 4
Demon Brothers Chain Shred: The Demon Brothers use their shuriken chain to rip apart one enemy doing 35 piercing damage and stunning them for one turn. (1 tai); cooldown: 0 Chain Wrap: The Demon Brothers work in unison to wrap one enemy in their shuriken chain. For 3 turns enemy ranged or stun skills cannot be used on the Demon Brothers. Chain Shred may be used on that enemy the following 3 turns. (1 tai/1 ran); cooldown: 2
Dosu Sound Manipulation: Dosu manipulates sound waves to unbalance all enemies. Those enemies take 10 affliction damage and lose one chakra each. These enemies will take 5 more damage from physical skills permanently, this effect stacks. (1 nin); cooldown: 1 Melody Arm Tuning: Dosu fine-tunes his Melody Arm to produce debilitating sound vibrations. Vibrating Sound Drill and Sound Manipulation will do double damage the following 5 turns. (1 random); cooldown: 5 Vibrating Sound Drill: Attacking with simple Taijutsu, one enemy takes 20 damage. If that enemy uses a skill for 1 turn then that enemy cannot reduce damage or become invulnerable the following turn. Sound Manipulation may be used on that enemy the following 4 turns. (1 tai); cooldown: 0
First Hokage Birth of the Trees: For 3 turns all allies including Shodai gain 25 destructible defense. The following 2 turns Tree Strangulation will have no cooldown and Branch Manipulation will affect all enemies. (1 blood/1 nin); cooldown: 5 Tree Strangulation: Shodai catches one enemy in newly created trees stunning them for 1 turn. If this skill is used on an enemy one turn after Branch Manipulation that enemy will be stunned another turn. (1 blood); cooldown: 1 Branch Manipulation: Shodai uses many created trees to attack an enemy who takes 30 damage. If this skill is used on an enemy one turn after Tree Strangulation that enemy will take 15 additional damage. (1 blood/1 ran); cooldown: 0
Gaara Armor of Sand: Gaara gains 40 points of damage reduction for 3 turns. (1 ran); cooldown: 0 Desert Coffin: The enemy is stunned for 2 turns and cannot reduce damage or become invulnerable for 3 turns. Desert Graveyard may be used on this enemy the following 2 turns. (1 nin/1 ran); cooldown: 1 Desert Graveyard: Gaara crushes one enemy with sand. That enemy is killed. (2 nin/1 ran); cooldown: 0
Gaara Rehab Quicksand Waterfall: All enemies are hit by a wave of sand doing 10 piercing damage to them and stunning them for 1 turn. If this skill is canceled its cooldown will also be removed. Desert Imperial Funeral may be used on affected enemies the following turn. (1 nin/1 ran); cooldown: 5 Desert Imperial Funeral: An oversized version of Desert Funeral, Gaara Rehabilitated does 35 piercing damage to all enemies. (2 nin); cooldown: 0
Gai Counter Punch: Gai singles out one enemy to counter attack. If that enemy uses a skill on Gai or any of his allies, that skill will be countered and that enemy will take 30 damage. This skill is invisible to enemies. (1 tai); cooldown: 2 Sixth Gate Opening: Gai opens six chakra gates. He loses 50% of his current health and becomes invulnerable for 2 turns. Strong Whirlwind will do double damage the following 2 turns. (1 tai); cooldown: 4
Gai-S Nunchaku Taijutsu: Maito Gai (S) attacks one enemy doing 15 damage for 3 turns. Additionally, for 3 turns any enemy who uses a melee skill against Gai (S) will take 10 damage. (1 tai); cooldown: 2 View Gate Release: Gai (S) ignores all enemy skills except damage, gains 90% damage reduction, takes 10 affliction damage per turn, Nunchaku Taijutsu will do double damage and Asa Kujaku may be used. This skill is permanent but using it again on himself will end it. (1 tai/1 blood); cooldown: 5 Asa Kujaku: Punching one enemy so fast flames appear, Gai (S) does 75 piercing damage to that enemy. (1 tai/1 blood); cooldown: 0
Hinata Hinata Gentle Fist: Using the Hyuuga clan's style of taijutsu Hinata does 20 damage and removes 2 random chakra from one enemy for 2 turns. (1 tai/1 ran); cooldown: 3
Iruka Shield Ally: Iruka uses his own body to shield one ally. That ally gains 100% damage reduction this turn. This skill is invisible. (1 ran); cooldown: 1 Sealed Bombs Square Formation: Iruka traps with a set of exploding seals. Melee damage to this enemy is doubled for 2 turns. If this enemy uses any skill they will take 35 piercing damage that ignores invulnerability but the skill will end. (1 nin/1 ran); cooldown: 2
Itachi Mangekyou Sharingan: Itachi activates his Mangekyou Sharingan. For 2 turns Itachi is invulnerable to enemy physical skills. (1 blood/1 ran); cooldown: 4 Tsukuyomi: Itachi mentally tortures one enemy for 3 days in a matter of seconds stunning that enemy for 3 turns. This skill will end if that enemy or one of their allies uses a skill on them. (2 gen); cooldown: 4 Amaterasu: Itachi does 12 affliction damage to one enemy every turn until Itachi is dead. If this skill is used on a different enemy the skill will end on the previous enemy. This skill is permanent and may not be used on an enemy that Amaterasu is currently affecting. (1 nin); cooldown: 0
Itachi Body Double Finger Genjutsu: This turn if the affected enemy uses any skill on Itachi Body Double (S) or his allies that skill will be countered and that enemy will take 10 damage and have 1 genjutsu chakra stolen from their pool. The target is invisible to enemies. (1 gen); cooldown: 1 Genjutsu Reversal: For 2 turns if any enemy uses a non-unique genjutsu or ninjutsu skill on Itachi Body Double (S) he will reflect that skill onto the enemy who used it. This skill is invisible to enemies. (1 blood/1 gen/1 ran); cooldown: 5 Goukakyuu no Jutsu: Itachi Body Double (S) creates a large fireball that scorches the battlefield. All enemies take 10 damage and then take an additional 10 affliction damage the following turn. (1 nin/1 ran); cooldown: 1
Jiraiya Major Summoning Gamabunta: By summoning Gamabunta, Jiraiya will become invulnerable for one turn, will gain one chakra, and will do 35 damage to all enemies. (1 nin/1 blood/1 gen); cooldown: 3
Jiroubou Dungeon Chamber of Nothingness: For 3 turns Jiroubou and all allies gain 75 temporary health, all enemies gain 30 temporary health and the enemy team has 2 chakra stolen. This skill cannot be used again for 9 turns. If Jiroubou loses health, or any of the temporary health is destroyed the skill ends. (2 nin); cooldown: 0
Kabuto Temple of Nirvana: When Yakushi Kabuto uses this skill for 2 turns all enemies cannot counter Kabuto or his allies and if Kabuto or any ally damages an enemy that enemy will be stunned for one turn. (2 gen); cooldown: 5 Secret Healing Wound Destruction: If Kabuto is damaged by an enemy this turn he will begin healing 5 health for 5 turns. This skill is invisible but its healing is not. (1 nin); cooldown: 1

Poison Bomb and Black Secret Machine One Shot may be used and the affected enemy will take 20 more damage from Black Secret Machine One Shot the following 4 turns. (1 ran); cooldown: 4 Black Secret Machine One Shot: Kankuro uses two of his puppets to trap and stab one enemy who takes 45 damage. (3 ran); cooldown: 0
Kiba Dynamic Air Marking: Akamaru sprays urine on one enemy who cannot reduce damage or become invulnerable for 4 turns. Dynamic Air Marking cannot be used on an enemy already being affected by it or when Kiba is using Double Headed Wolf. (1 ran); cooldown: 2 Double Headed Wolf: Kiba and Akamaru turn into a giant beast and attack all enemies doing 15 damage to them and Kiba gains 35 points of damage reduction for 3 turns. Garouga will do 50% more damage the following 3 turns. (1 tai/1 blood); cooldown: 5 Garouga: This skill does 30 damage to one enemy. (1 tai/1 ran); cooldown: 0
Kidoumaru----2 changes.....and OMFG no more stun O_O Summoning Kyodaigumo: Kidoumaru summons Kyodaigumo who creates a massive amount of small spiders that do 12 damage to all enemies and Kidoumaru gains 25 points of damage reduction for 5 turns. (1 blood/1 nin); cooldown: 4 Spider Web: If an enemy uses a melee skill on Kidoumaru this turn that skill will be countered and that enemy will be stunned for one turn. This skill is invisible. (1 blood); cooldown: 1
Kimmimaro Dance of the Seedling Fern: Kaguya Kimimaro creates a forest of sharp bones and all enemies take 35 damage and all enemy attacks that are not mental or affliction will do 20 less damage this turn. Kimimaro takes 15 affliction damage for 2 turns. This skill cannot be countered or reflected. (1 blood/2 ran); cooldown: 2 Dance of the Clematis: This skill does 40 damage to one enemy and stuns them for one turn. Kimimaro takes 10 affliction damage for 2 turns. This skill cannot be countered or reflected. (1 tai/1 blood); cooldown: 1 Dance of the Camellia: Kaguya Kimimaro uses his superior taijustu and arm bones as a sword. Kurenai Plant Form Attack: Yuri Kurenai attacks one enemy doing 20 damage to them. If that enemy is being affected by Cherry Blossom Suffication they will also be stunned for one turn. If any enemy uses a skill on that ally then that enemy becomes stunned and will take double damage from mental skills for 3 turns. This skill is invisible until an enemy is stunned. Kyuubi Naruto Kyuubi Chakra: For 4 turns whenever Kyuubi Naruto's health is 50 or below due to damage from an enemy he will instantly heal 10 health and gain 50% damage reduction for one turn. (1 blood/1 nin); cooldown: 5 Kyuubi Rage: Using the vile Kyuubi chakra surrounding him, Kyuubi Naruto does 15 affliction damage to one enemy. That enemy will permanently take 5 more damage from further uses of this skill, this effect stacks. (1 blood); cooldown: 0
Lee Drunken Fist Style: Using his Drunken Fist, Lee deals 15 damage to one enemy, ignores enemy stuns and gains 50% damage reduction for 4 turns. Drunken Fist Style cannot be used when Fifth Gate opening is being used. (1 tai/1 ran); cooldown: 3 Fifth Gate Opening: By opening five of his chakra gates, Lee becomes invulnerable and loses 50% of his current health this turn. Lotus will do quadruple damage the following turn. Using this will end Drunken Fist Style. (1 tai); cooldown: 1 Lee-S Konoha Shofuu: This turn Rock Lee (S) will protect one ally by countering any enemy melee skill used on that ally and doing 30 damage to that enemy. They also gain 15 points of damage reduction for 2 turns. (2 ran); cooldown: 3 Konoha Dai Senpuu: A more powerful version of the Konoha Senpuu. Rock Lee (S) does 25 damage to one enemy. This enemy will take 20 more damage from Konoha Dai Senpuu the following turn. (1 nin/1 ran); cooldown: 0
Naruto Shadow Clones: Naruto gains 20 temporary health each turn for 4 turns. Uzumaki Naruto Combo will do double damage and Rasengan may be used the following 3 turns. (1 ran); cooldown: 4
Naruto-S Oodama Rasengan: Using shadow clones to greatly enhance the size and strength of his rasengan, Naruto (S) does 40 piercing damage to one enemy. This skill ignores invulnerability. (1 tai/1 nin); cooldown: 0 Mass Shadow Clones: With this skill Naruto (S) will ignore the effects of all enemy skills this turn. This skill is invisible to enemies. (1 ran); cooldown: 2 Kyuubi Boost: By calling upon the vast store of chakra held by Kyuubi, Naruto (S) gains 50% damage reduction for 1 turn and gains 1 taijutsu and ninjutsu chakra but takes 15 affliction damage. Oodama Rasengan will stun an enemy for 1 turn the following turn. (1 blood/1 ran); cooldown: 4
Oboro Haze Clones: By creating illusionary duplicates of his team Oboro gains 30 temporary health and enemy physical melee skills cannot be used on him for 2 turns. The following 2 turns Exploding Kunai will do 25 damage and Underground Ambush will affect all enemies. (2 gen/1 ran); cooldown: 4
Orochimaru Major Summoning Manda: By summoning Manda, Orochimaru will do 45 piercing damage to one enemy and that enemy will lose 1 bloodline, ninjutsu, and genjutsu chakra. (1 tai/1 blood/1 nin); cooldown: 4
Sakon Rest: Ukon rests within the body of Sakon. This heals Sakon for 25 health. (2 ran); cooldown: 0
Sakura Inner Sakura: Sakura's inner self surfaces and urges her on. She gains 25% damage reduction and enemy stuns will last one turn less on her. KO Punch will do double damage the following 5 turns. (2 ran); cooldown: 5 Cure: Using basic healing techniques Sakura heals any ally, including herself, for 20 health. (1 nin); cooldown: 0
Sakura-S Chakra Enhanced Punch: Enhancing her attack with finely controlled chakra, Sakura (S) does 25 piercing damage to one enemy. (1 tai); cooldown: 0 Trained Healing: With her superior healing skills, Sakura (S) restores half of one ally's current health and removes all enemy affliction skills from them. (1 ran); cooldown: 1 Self Heal: Sakura (S) instantly heals 30 health once when damaged by an enemy. This skill is invisible to enemies. Self Heal may not be used while currently in effect and ends when she heals. (1 nin); cooldown: 0
Sasuke Sharingan: Sasuke activates his Sharingan. Sasuke gains 50% damage reduction for 3 turns. The following 3 turns one enemy will take 50% more damage from Chidori or Lion Combo and Chidori may be used. (1 blood); cooldown: 2 Chidori: Using a lightning element attack jutsu, Sasuke deals 40 piercing damage to one enemy. (1 nin/1 ran); cooldown: 1
Second Hokage Bringer of Darkness: Nidaime plunges the battlefield into total darkness. Nidaime and his allies are invulnerable to enemy melee skills for 1 turn. (1 gen); cooldown: 1 Water Collision Destruction: Nidaime summons a vast amount of water causing all enemies to take 15 damage and any ranged non-affliction skill they use will do 10 less damage for 3 turns. The following 2 turns Water Assault will do piercing damage. (1 nin/1 gen); cooldown: 4 Water Assault: Using summoned water to attack Nidaime does 10 damage to one enemy and no beneficial skill except for conditions may be used on that enemy for one turn. (1 nin); cooldown: 0
Shigure Sprinkling Needles: Shigure causes many needles to rain down from his umbrellas doing 15 damage to all enemies for 3 turns. Needle Barrage may be used on affected enemies the following 2 turns. (2 ran); cooldown: 2
Shikamaru Meditate: Shikamaru sits down and begins thinking up a strategy. Shadow Bind may be used the following 4 turns and Shadow Neck Bind cannot be canceled for 5 turns. (1 ran); cooldown: 3 Shadow Neck Bind: Shikamaru chokes one enemy with a shadow doing 10 affliction damage and they cannot reduce damage or become invulnerable every turn. Shadow Neck Bind cannot be used while in effect and ends when Shikamaru is stunned or damaged or when the enemy dies. (1 gen); cooldown: 0
Shino----Only change here is Chakra Leach is piercing.
Shizune----Only change here is when she heals, it takes away everything including affliction damage such as amaterasu and poison techniques, etc.
Tayuya----One change and piercing damage with the Doki Ghosts Doki Demons: Tayuya summons the Doki demons who attack all enemies for 12 damage and Tayuya gains 15 temporary health for 2 turns. Doki Ghosts may be used the following 2 turns. (1 tai, 1 ran); cooldown: 1
Temari Cutting Whirlwind: Temari creates a razor sharp wind with her fan that hits one enemy for 20 damage and Temari is invulnerable to enemy physical skills for one turn. (1 nin); cooldown: 0 Dust Wind: Temari uses wind to stir up dust and sand. All allies become invulnerable this turn. All enemy skills that do damage (not affliction) to Temari or her allies is reduced by 50% for 3 turns. (2 nin/1 ran); cooldown: 5 Summoning Quick Beheading Dance: Temari creates a much more massive version of Cutting Whirlwind by summoning the wind weasel Kamatari which deals 35 damage to all enemies. (1 nin/2 ran); cooldown: 2
Tenten-S Kunai Grenade: Tenten (S) throws an explosive filled with kunai at one enemy. That enemy takes 15 damage and all other enemies take 10 damage. (1 tai); cooldown: 0 Chain Spin: By spinning her chain Tenten (S) will counter the first enemy ranged physical skill that targets her for 1 turn. This skill is invisible to enemies. (1 ran); cooldown: 2 Souryuu Tensakai: Tenten (S)'s penultimate attack. This skill does 35 piercing damage to all enemies. (2 tai); cooldown: 3
Third Hokage Major Summoning Enma: By summoning Enma, the Third Hokage will do 15 damage to all enemies for 2 turns. Sandaime and all allies gain 25% damage reduction and cannot be killed by enemies for 2 turns. (1 tai/1 nin/1 gen); cooldown: 5 Shiki Fuujin: The death god sucks the life out of one enemy who takes 35 affliction damage, is stunned and cannot reduce damage or become invulnerable every turn. Sandaime himself takes 20 affliction damage and is stunned every turn. The skills is cancelled when Sandaime dies. (3 ran); cooldown: 0
Tsunade Major Summoning Katsuyu: By summoning Katsuyu, Tsunade will heal all allies including herself for 50 health and they will gain 30 points of damage reduction for one turn. Enemy mental skills are unaffected by Wall of Air. This skill is invisible.
