Recruitment change: Invite only??!!?? react pls.

Hello members of hakumei

I would like to inform all of you that I am now officially changing the recruitment style of our clan. We will now become an invite only clan, although this change is quite a risk, I believe that our clan can be considered a great clan worthy of being an invite only type clan. Every member is eligible to invite any NA players they want, but the player will still go to a rigorous test before entering our clan. He must complete the ff. test to be worthy of joining our clan.

Test 1: Background check

After being invited he must post an application form in our forum under “Application” section. * format of the application will be posted on the “Application” section

After posting an Application, he will then need to have 5 votes from other members of the clan, excluding the vote of the member who invited him. Kenji, fleshy and Silent’s vote will count as two points.

*All members can vote for him, but please only vote “yes” if you really think he is a good person. The purpose of this vote test is to see if the player is a great person, so before joining he needs to gain the trust and friendship of at least 5 members.

Test 2: PB test

After being voted by 5 members he will then have to fight at least 3 members in a best 2/3 match. He will then be graded from 1-10 its up to the tester on what grades he wants to give. The average of his scores must be 5 and above to join.

* Since this is an invite only recruitment there will be no need for requirements, yes anyone can be invited even if there record sucks. Because always remember – “We are not looking for a great fighter, we are looking for a great member”.

I think that is all, but if you guys have comments and reaction pls don’t hesitate to post here, also if you can think of an idea to make this process a more unique way pls don’t hesitate to post.

I am giving this discussion 3 days before implementing it, so state all that you can within 3 days. TY ^_^

I actually think this is a great idea because not having to recruit will definitely help keep more focus on the people already in the clan.

Edit: I also like the fact that they will fill out an application AND do pb's.

Well I like the idea of recruiting ^^,
You see when some players attracts
my attention that made me
"Wow he's good and cute!!"
teehee joke!! I mean "Wow he's good!!"
then after the match I will add him/her
at my buddy list to see if she/he
has a good attendance.. teehee
and then After that if he/she pass
I PM him/her ^^,
